Florida Senator LeMieux says that there are 2000 skimmers in Florida available plus some from foreign countries that have been offered, but Obama has refused to deploy them because they might be needed elsewhere for another oil spill. Expect the White House to deny this too, but if they do, what will their excuse be for refusing to deploy these skimmers?
