It's the 38th anniversary of Roe v. Wade. Far more than enabling the vast evil of abortion, it turned the Judiciary into a political branch superior to legislatures and presidents or governors, but without accountability to the people after confirmation, and introduced the age of Borking, bitter confirmation battles and an angry divide between the people.
