With helpers like this, Obama hardly needs enemies.

Accusing Romney of possibly being a felon in order to squeeze him into releasing more of his tax returns, is a typical Chicago political tactic, but the Obama campaign is about to learn about blow back, like standing in front of a sandblaster. Anybody who looks at Romney's life would never buy this. And speaking of lying, withholding information and committing felonies is not exactly the best thing to do if your AG is in contempt of Congress for failing to respond to subpoenas about an "operation" that's resulted in hundreds of murders with guns illegally released across the border. And then raising the subject of vast wealth, how many multiples of Romney's fortune Obama has poured down rat holes of "alternative energy" companies that have either created jobs oversees with it or promptly declared bankruptcy, not to mention the trillion dollar deficits and mismanagement of the government and its effect on the economy. There's plenty of other screw ups by others, but Romney didn't make them.

As California goes, so goes the nation.

Why are Anti-Romney attacks not working? Well, 1. They're bogus. 2. Nobody really cares how Romney made his money. If they did, John Kerry couldn't be elected. 3. They spotlight Obama's hypocrisy. Who has cost the economy more jobs? Primarily Obamacare and Taxmaggedon. Who is more guilty of withholding his records? The GOP candidate or the guy asserting executive privilege to protect Eric Holder? 4. Most people support enforcing the Immigration and Voting Fraud laws. 5. Obama's false promises and lies are on tape, and he adds to them every day. 6. People can tell when the media is shining them on.

Russia to cease selling arms to Syria. At least, openly.

For all you believers in peace, hope and understanding, Iran has been elected to the U.N. top Arms Trade Treaty panel. We're hemorrhaging money and we're still propping up this nest of scorpions in our midst.

Just as Obama promised, coal company files for bankruptcy. We bailed out the UAW, but Obama picks losers and he's in the pocket of the Greens.

Most annoying commercials

The Bacardi Party ad. Apparently, I'm not in the target market. Then there's the Dog Whisperer singing "Hello, I am Cesar the whisperer . . ."

Can Obama do any more damage than this? Mitt Romney keeps getting attacked for not getting his message out. How about the dignity of work and the evil of the dole. We're living the latter and not worried enough about the former. We need a crash course in basic civic virtues, such as self-reliance, small government, rejection of subsidies, savings, and so forth.

Alan Turing was born a century ago on June 23. Of course, he deserves to be as famous and respected as Einstein, as does Nicola Tesla or Philo Farnsworth.

Journalism is easy and glamorous. All you have to do is get a good source and write up what he give you. And all that objectivity, completeness and fairness stuff, you can ignore that.

Via Instapundit.com At least it would seem that way to most Amderican conservatives. We don't seem to realize how good we have it, until we've lost it.

In doubt about the dishonesty of the media?

http://www.soopermexican.com/2012/06/18/more-ridiculous-lies-from-liberal-media-about-romneys-wawas-hoagie-speech/ After hearing the whole clip without editing, it became quite clear what Mitt's real point was. Competition results in improved services.

The most effective negative campaigning is disclosure of real bullying going on to intimidate political speech and donations. The Chicago Way in action and the real face of Obama is in the ways the Democrats are smearing Frank Vandersloot a large donor to Romney's SuperPAC. The RNC should use this to answer the WaPo's silly piece calling Romney a bully based on a fuzzy report of an incident from 50 years ago in his high school years.
